I will tailor make your sessions to suit you. There is always something we can do. If your heart is still ticking then there is no excuse. Obesity in the young Book yourself or your child in and get in shape, better still do some exercise together! Children shouldn't be overweight, they should be healthy. Everybody grows at different rates and times but children should be growing vertically not horizontally. Stop it before it starts and book in.Let's get fit. |
