Needs to be done correctly, technique is really important with this piece of equipment. If you have me training you I can correct your posture and make you train twice as hard as you would on your own. Doing kettlebells will work your cardiovascular fitness to the limit at the same time as increasing your strength, power and muscle tone.

Personally by regularly doing the kettlebells I have found my strength and endurance have improved especially my back, core and knees.

Kettlebells are weights and cardio in one, so you get a double work out in effect. They may look dull and uninteresting but once you've given them a go you will soon see the benefits. Novice trainers and elite trainers will all benefit, as I said once you have perfected the technique you will begin to achieve.

The first session is free so you have nothing to lose...other than weight and an hour of your time!! Or of course if you are wanting to gain muscle tone or weight I can devise a nutrition plan for you, and with the kettlebells you can improve on your physique.
