Parkfit Come and join us at Thorndon South Country Park for an outdoor Fitness session? The first session is complimentary and then £5 per person from then onwards. At Parkfit everybody is welcome, all fitness levels and ages, male and female, most injuries will be accommodated for. Varied exercises ranging from: . Walking - Running . Mini Circuits - Boxercise . Fitball - Kettlebells . Matwork - Plyometrics . light weight based exercises - dyna band work . Stretching - Interval Training All exercise is outside but will vary from week to week keeping you interested and motivated. We will work you hard however it is your choice how much you do or don't do. Generally we will have myself and Annette running the class each week. Annette will be concentrating on low impact exercise and I will be taking the participants who can do higher impact and more challenging training. Park fit facilitates for all your exercise needs, we are not a bootcamp, we pride ourselves on safe training and specific techniques.
