Pre & Post Natal No reason why you should sit down and grow out from all directions.get moving! You can be trained prior to your pregnancy, during and after. Recovery is so much quicker and your baby may just walk out!! Ok, so maybe not but it will help your body recover a lot quicker. It isn't a good idea to take up intense training once you have fallen pregnant, you can carry on with all the physical activity you already do but to introduce yourself to more activity can prove too stressful for your baby. Therefore, before you start your family get your body in shape, having a personal trainer before concieving means you can carry on training throughout your pregnancy and after your child is born. Many clients have had their children and because they have kept up training their bodies have recovered much quicker. Some ending up lighter than when they fell pregnant. |
